| Earthquake in Japan 2011 |
A powerful earthquake strong 8.8 degrees on the Richter scale of north eastern Japan Friday morning, resulting in a tsunami 10 meters highly swept the country on the coast of the Pacific and swept away cars and ships.
And fell many of the wounded and dead after the earthquake, in addition to the outbreak of fires in the capital, where they had stopped the subways and sirens and fellow residents of the buildings.
The first tremor struck at a distance of 382 km north of Tokyo, according to the Institute geophysical U.S. has raised the quake to 8.8 degrees after it was 7.9 degrees.
It is expected to be extended to include the countries of the tsunami and other islands in the Pacific Ocean on her head New Zealand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hawaii, and others. Waves expected over the next few hours, caused by 8.9 earthquake in Japan.
